Go to MYPAGE >> Go to "Order List" and click "Order Number" for details of order list and status.
Order cancel/Replacement/Return is done this page too
In case of uncompleted order, list is not shown.
Order status is delivered via e-mail for each step
[Order Status]
1. Queued for Payment Status of ordering before payment. Order is cancelled automatically in 7 days if a payment is not confirmed(Via Mail)
2. Pending Confirmation of a customer's payment(Via Mail)
3. Queued for Shipment After a payment confirmation, delivery is proceeded(Via Mail)
4. Shipped Out Pick-up by delivery company. Product is arrived in 2 working days(Via Mail)
5. Delivered Delivered to a customer(Via Mail)
[Order Cancellation Policy]
Depending on order status, procedure of reconciliation is different.
Before pending of order status, order cancellation is done at MYPAGE >> Order List.
After pending of order status, a customer contacts 1:1 consultation tool. From the step of queued for shipment, order can not be cancelled.

이번에는 웰그롬 미우숲을 먹여봤어용 일전에 캔으로 된걸 한번 먹여봤는데 애들이 너무 잘 먹어줘서 이번에 다른걸 골라봤어용 한번에 하나씩 , 들고다니기에도 좋고 ~ 1회 급여량으로 딱 먹을 만큼만 주니까 먹다가 남길일이 없어서 좋아용 !!

고양이간식 닭가슴살 , 새우속살, 연어뱃살, 참치붉은등살 총 4가지 맛이에용 ! 하나씩 냥이들에게 미리 맛보게 했는데 생각보다 너무 잘 먹더라구요 지금은 저 웰그롬 들고 흔들면 냥이들이 울면서 얼른 달라고 울어용 ~ 그렇게 맛있었던 거닝 ..?
무엇보다 웰그롬 모델 냥이 너무 귀여운거 같아용 ㅋㅋㅋ 입맛다시는 표정이 너무 귀여워서 우리집 냥이들도 저렇게 표정을 지어준다면 너무나 심쿵일듯 !!
제일 먼저 맛보게 한건 바로 참치 붉은등살 !! 참치 종류도 생각보다 너무 많은거 같아요 ㅋㅋㅋ 붉은등살이라닝 ~ 요건 고양이 눈건강을 위해 비타민a와 타우린이 다량 햠유되어 눈과 망막의 건강에 도움이 되용 !!
위 사진을 보면 아시겠지만 파우치 속에는 생각보다 물이 많아용 !! 수분이 94% 라는점에서 물을 잘 마시지 않는 저희 집 페르시안 달콤이 경우 !!아주아주 딱 좋은 간식인듯 !!
